Here are some photos of my story quilt. Working on the faces has been an experience. Next time I will do the embroidery BEFORE I applique. Just too much fabric to work with.

Shhh - It's a SECRET
This is the project I am working on - it is a quilt for the DH for our anniversary.
I made it with Quiltsmart Printed Interfacing - took a class at my LQS.
It is the exploded Lone Star. I am thinking about using the BLUE for the boarder.

My Day - It's All About ME!
Today is MY DAY!
This is my creation - About ME!
I am a transplanted UK (University of Kentucky) Fan! Transplanted for the corn fields of Illinois where my Illini were AWSOME. I still love them, but Basketball here in Lexington has stole my heart.
SEW here it is - I am now a BIASED UK fan! I need to work some more on the top of the wall hanging - it is too hard to read :(

Look at the cute basketball fabric and the little polka dot buttons. Actually they are the BACK of the buttons - couldn't resist. Here it is closer
AND I found some really cute "swirly" fabric for the back and the binding!
